Grace Tombolato Selected for IAOTP’s Lifetime Achievement Award
Grace Tombolato, Managing Director & Owner of GTE Human Resource Solutions Pty. Ltd., was recently chosen to receive the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award for 2023 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP).
While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in and of itself, only a few select members are chosen for the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award. These special honorees are selected to receive this award based on their longevity in their fields, their contributions to society, and their impact on their industries. Grace will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award 2023 at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC this December.
With over 25 years of professional experience as an accomplished professional and devoted advocate and communicator in the business world, Grace is recognized as a Lifetime Achievement Awardee. Grace certainly established herself as a skilled professional, dedicated advocate, and communicator in the corporate world. She has demonstrated success with GTE and in every role she has held as a talented, energetic, and powerful businesswoman. She has provided visionary leadership in the highly competitive Human Resources and Business Administration industries. Grace was also the first female owner of a labor hire company in Australia to expand into recruiting for international rail infrastructure companies. She also opened a Bed & Breakfast called Villa Grace Tombolato on Via Lago Trasimeno no 12 Montesilvano Pescara, Italy.
GTE Human Resource Solutions Pty Ltd is a Human Resources Solutions provider that specializes in workforce outsourcing, recruitment, labor hire, executive search solutions, employment, and payroll management. The Company also provides Consultancy Services in Industrial Relations, Occupational Health and Safety, Compliance, and more. Grace’s primary tasks include managing the Company’s daily operations, business administration, business development, communication, performance management, project management, and procurement.
Throughout her illustrious career, Grace has received many awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. In 2020 she was featured on the famous Reuters Billboard in Times Square NYC. For 2019 she graced the front cover of TIP (Top Industry Professionals Magazine) and selected for the Empowered Woman of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals. In 2017, the International Association of Top Professionals awarded her Top Director of the Year and she was honored at their annual awards gala at the Ritz Carlton in NYC. Worldwide Who’s Who named her Outstanding Professional of the Year in 2015, and she is an active member of her Chamber of Commerce.
Looking back, Grace credits her success to constantly aiming for greatness, remaining passionate in her activities, and the mentors she has had along the way. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family when she is not working. She plans to continue her professional development and make a difference in people’s lives in any way she can.
