To insure the safety of our patients and staff, the Hearing Aid Center has implemented the recommended “Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19” released by the CDC.  

Every member of the center from the Hearing Aid Specialist to the cleaning team has been trained on the new safety procedures.  Our staff are continuously disinfecting all areas of the office using industrial strength cleaners to insure a clean and safe office environment.  Patients will be seen by appointment only after conducting a screening to ensure that they had no contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or have experienced fever or symptoms of illness of any kind within the last 14 days.  The number of people allowed to enter the center will be limited, and social distancing will be practiced at all times. 

While we understand the importance of remaining home to prevent the spread of Coronavirus, we also know that social isolation puts a tremendous burden on the health of those experiencing hearing loss — especially during this stressful time. Hearing aids are vital tools in improving our patients’ lives. For anyone who needs a new or replacement set, it is important that they can be tested by a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist as quickly as possible.  We are happy to announce that due to the efforts and dedication of our staff, patients will be able to book their appointments for free hearing tests and assessment. We highly recommend that you book your appointment as soon as possible to avoid the backlog due to the increased demand for our services.
